Living on the ground floor with an open floor plan: The kitchen with cooking island, adjoining the dining room and the cozy living room with Swedish stove offer space for the whole family. In addition, on the ground floor there is a utility room (with washing machine) as well as a new shower room with a 2 person glass sauna (for a fee). On the upper floor, you can reach the home (or better holiday) office area with LAN connection and Wi-Fi throughout the house from both bedrooms. After the office, there is a second modern shower room on the upper floor.

The house is complete for you :-) Only in the garage is my workshop ;-)

Energy fee: 10.00 euros per night. In the event of a disproportionate increase in energy costs or above-average consumption, we reserve the right to adjust the amount (of course after consultation with you)
